Because our products are perishable, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Changes of mind after purchasing.
• Personal taste or flavor preferences.
• Incorrect flavors or quantities selected by the customer.
• Products that have been opened or consumed.
• Failure to collect an order during the confirmed pickup period.
• Improper storage or handling after receiving an order.
• Sale or promotional items purchased by the customer.

We do not offer store credit for changes of mind, and no restocking fees apply because returns are not accepted.

Order Cancellations

Orders are considered final once payment has been completed.

We do not accept cancellations or provide refunds for changes of mind after an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or potentially unsafe product, please contact us promptly, preferably within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Photographs of the product, if available.

We will review the concern and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund or replacement where required by applicable law.

The requested 24-hour reporting period does not limit any rights provided by law.

Unavailable or Unfulfilled Orders

If Real Juice is unable to fulfill a paid order, customers will receive a refund for the products that were not provided.

Product Storage

Real Juice products are made without preservatives.

Customers are responsible for following the storage and handling instructions provided with their products.

Improper storage may affect freshness, quality, and safety.
